About Dr. Nate
Hello! I am Dr. Nathan King, the owner of King Chiropractic. Originally, I am from Litchfield, Minnesota, and recently moved back to Central Minnesota with my wife Anna!
I attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. From there, I attended Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri to earn my Doctorate of Chiropractic and also my Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. I have since been certified as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. The last 3 years I have practiced in Hudson, WI at Move-Well Chiropractic.
As a chiropractor, I pride myself on implementing multiple techniques that address the body as a whole to help bring patients out of pain, recover from injuries, and functioning to the best of their abilities. I have experience in working with people of all backgrounds and with many ailments, injuries, and conditions. From infants and pregnant women to CrossFit and Ironman athletes. Even multiple professional athletes of the NFL and MLB. I was also part of a team of Chiropractors for all athletes of the University of Wisconsin - River Falls, and have worked with collegiate athletes in their preparation for the NFL Combine. Looking forward to meeting you and helping you find your inner athlete!
APPROACH TO CHIROPRACTIC
Step 1: Pain Relief
First, we need to get you out of pain, and we have a number of ways we can achieve this. A few of the techniques that can be implemented are Dry Needling, Cupping, Chiropractic Adjustments, and much more.
Step 2: Mobilize
Next, you need to gain or regain your ability to move through a greater range of motion. A few ways we can achieve this is through mobility exercises, cupping, and / or chiropractic adjustments.
Mobility training is where we start to equip you with tools, or exercises, that you can use on your own time that will help get yourself out of pain.
Step 3: Stabilize
Once you have gained or regained your range of motion, we work together to correctly activate your muscles within that movement. This supports the work we have done and keeps you out of pain longer.
This is also where I work to equip you with tools, or exercises, that you can use on your own time that will help get yourself out of pain or be used to rehab an injury.
